Upgrade a recalibration purchase to a logger repair when damage is found during the calibration process.
Please only purchase this upgrade if requested to do so by Support.
Use this upgrade when:
- A logger was originally sent or ordered for recalibration.
- Damage or a repair requirement has been identified during the calibration process.
- Support has confirmed that this repair upgrade should be purchased.
Return Instructions
You are responsible for returning the Electrocorder to Acksen Ltd.
After the service is complete, we will return the logger to you using our courier.
When returning items for calibration or repair, please create an invoice using the value of the calibration or repair service you are buying.
Use this description on the invoice:
"Items being temporarily returned to original Northern Ireland manufacturer for servicing, with ultimate return (re-export) to this country (INSERT YOUR COUNTRY)."
